Subject: Extension of DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 and DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 considering overwhelming public response and demands for extension in the same.
In continuation of this office circular No. F/1/0001/2025/CORD/-O/o DD (Coordination)/2583 dated 06.01.2025 regarding the launch of the DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025, and circular No. F/1/0001/2025/CORD/-O/o DD (Coordination)/2581 dated 06.01.2025 regarding the DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025, it is hereby informed that due to overwhelming public response and persistent demands from eligible applicants, both schemes are being extended.
Bookings under both the schemes will now re-open from 09.04.2025 at 12.00 noon and will remain open until30.04.2025 mid-night. The remaining unsold flats out of the offered flats as on 31.03.2025 will be available for booking during this extended period.
The DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 offers a special discount of 25% on EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG flats in Narela, and LIG flats at Siraspur and Loknayakpuram and special discount of 20% for MIG flats at Loknayakpuram targeting various disadvantaged sections of society.
For EWS and LIG Flats (Discount available for all categories):
- Auto Rickshaw Drivers and Cab Drivers operating in Delhi having permit and registration in his name from the Transport Department, GNCTD on or before 31.12.2024.
- Persons registered under the PM Svanidhi Scheme such as Street vendors/ hawkers.
- Women
- War Widows
- Ex-Servicemen and Recipients of Gallantry and Arjuna Awards
- Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan)
- Persons belonging to SC/ST Category
For MIG flats at Narela & Loknayakpuram and HIG Flats at Narela (Discount available for the following categories only):
- Women
- War Widows
- Ex-Servicemen and Recipients of Gallantry and Arjuna Awards
- Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan)
- Persons belonging to SC/ST Category
The DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 offers a 25% discount specifically for Building and Construction Workers who are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) on or before 31.12.2024. In addition, all individuals registered under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme are also eligible for this discount. This benefit is applicable for EWS flats in Sector G2, Narela.
All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged and shall be as per the original circulars, subsequent communications, and the respective scheme brochures.
