DDA Announces 624 LIG Flats in Siraspur and 204 in Loknayakpuram: 25% Discount Under Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025

Subject: Offering of 624 additional LIG flats in Siraspur and 204 LIG flats in Loknayakpuram in the ongoing DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 with special discount of 25% in the Flats for different disadvantaged sections of society for ensuring accessibility to affordable housing.
DDA launched the DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 on a ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’ (Pehle Aao, Pehle Pao) on January 6, 2025, for which the bookings started from January 15, 2025.
Considering the continuance in the high demand for flats offered under affordable housing, the competent authority has decided to offer 828 additional LIG flats in different housing pockets of Siraspur and Loknayakpuram.
Booking for these flats will begin on March, 18, 2025, at 12:00 noon onward, and will be in addition to the flats already available in the ongoing scheme. The details of additional 828 LIG flats in different housing pockets of Siraspur and Loknayakpuram being offered are as under:

***The demand letter will be issued as per the actual plinth area of the individual flat. Therefore, the disposal price of flats may vary depending on plinth area. The tentative cost does not include water connection charges.
