NOTIFICATION
Subject:- Submission of applications under various categories of affiliation for the session 2026-27 in SARAS 6.0.
The Board has decided to open the window of online applications for affiliation under various categories for session 2026-27 as per the timeline mentioned below.
The applicant school are requested to follow the guidelines (manual) of automated affiliation system given in SARAS Manual 6.0 available on website.

* Note –1. All existing schools must ensure that their OASIS data is correctly updated. No wrong information may be furnished in the OASIS. Please refer to circular no. 03/2024 dated 23.01.2024. 2. Uploading of prescribed documents as per Annexure-IX along with the details of teachers and their qualification on school’s website under Mandatory Public Disclosure is compulsory as per circular no. 01/2025 dated 08.01.2025. 3. Submission of application under various categories mentioned in chapter 15 on special provision are already opened throughout the year as mentioned in Circular No. 16/2024 dated 19.11.2024. 4. All existing schools intending to apply must also complete SQAAF as this is mandatory requirement for applying. 5. Introduction of Additional Subject (schools seeking approval for non-science subject should update the data in OASIS Portal and offer the subject as per norms of the Board. 6. Schools which are due for extension (whose affiliation is valid upto 31st March, 2026 of the following year) or whose extension is long pending, need to apply for extension first, only then they will be permitted to apply under any other category. 7. Schools affiliated with the Board under category Middle Class Syllabus are required to apply for upgradation either for Secondary or Senior Secondary level within 5 years of their affiliation with the Board as per circular no. AFF-18/2023 dated 18.05.2023 8. The school may refer to the following circulars before filling application :- a.
