Subject: Launching of Phase–II of DDA Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 on ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’.

DDA has launched Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 on ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’ on 24.11.2023 with only newly constructed flats on offer. Now, the booking of the flats under Phase-II of the Diwali FCFS scheme will commence from 11 AM on 07.02.2024. This will be in addition to the flats offered in ongoing Phase I of the Diwali FCFS Scheme. The details of the flats on offer in Phase II are given below:

2. The details of remaining flats that will be offered in the next phase that are tentatively scheduled in the month of March, 2024 are given in Annexure.

3. For detailed terms and conditions of the Scheme please refer to Scheme Brochure of “DDA Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS)”.

4. This is issued with the prior approval of Vice Chairman, DDA.
