Closure of IPS Portals for Data Submission and Freezing. Deadline for 2023 CNS (Main & Supplementary) extended to 31.01.2024; no further opportunities thereafter.

Subject: Closure of IPS Portal of 2023 Examinations (CNS)

Madam/Sir,

The CBSE vide Circular No. CBSE/Coord/IPS 2023 Exams/2023 dated 26.12.2023 had informed to all Centre Superintendents/Head of Schools/Chief Nodal Supervisors (CNS)/ all schools affiliated with CBSE about the Closure date i.e. 26.01.2024 for submission of data/freezing of data (including re-submission as the case may be) in the IPS portals pertaining to (i) Centre Charges (ii) Functionaries Charges (iii) Practical (School) Charges (iv) Practical (External Examiner) Charges and (v) Practical (Observer) Chagres). It was also mentioned in the said circular that the IPS Portals shall be closed down for these activities except 2023 CNS (Main & Supplementary both) and if any payments related to centre charges and practical examinations as mentioned above are still left out after the cut-off date, no further opportunity shall be given in this regard.

2. In continuation of above Circular dated 26.12.2023 it has now been decided that IPS Portal for  2023 CNS (Main &  Supplementary both) shall be closed  on 31.01.2024. Chief Nodal Supervisors (CNS) shall ensure that data related to outstanding claims of 2023 (Main & Supplementary both) is submitted and freezed in IPS portal by 31.01.2024.No further opportunity shall be given on this account.
