Details of projects under Khelo India Scheme

SHRI PARVESH SAHIB SINGH VERMA

Will the Minister of YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS be pleased to state:

(a) the details of projects under the Khelo India scheme that have been completed or are pending in Delhi;

(b) the status and estimated time of completion for the pending projects in Delhi; and

(c) the amount of funds transferred to Delhi, along with the data of amount transferred to all States since the last three years?

(a) and (b) A total of eight sports infrastructure projects have been sanctioned in Delhi under Khelo India Scheme. The details of the same, including amount sanctioned, amount released and expected date of completion in the respective cases, are given at Annexure – I.

(c) Funds are not sanctioned/released to States/Union Territories. On the basis of the location of the projects, funds are sanctioned/released to the proponent authorities in the States/Union Territories. The details of funds released are given at Annexure – II.
