Sub: Extension of time for making Letter of Intent (LOI) payment by successful bidders
The undersiged has been directed to convey the approval of the Competent Authority for grant of extension of time for making payment by successful bidders by 15.07.2020 who received Letters of Intent (LOIs) after 23.03.2020 but before 30.06.2020 and ho could not pay 25% of HI bid amount minus Earnest Money Deposited with.in the stipulated time as mentioned in the LOIs, subject to payment of applicable interest.

All the concerned Bidders are hereby requested to make the LOI payment by 15.07.2020 positively along with facilitation charges. The interest on LOI payment shall be informed after receiving principal amount and interest will be charged along with payment of balance 75% of Hl Bid.
