Subject : Regarding Extension of last date of payment in respect of allotment of flats at Vasant Kunj under DDA Housing Scheme 2019.
It is informed that the last date for depositing cost of flats to the allottees of Vasant Kunj under DDA Housing Scheme 2019 (without interest ) has been extended till 31.10.2020.
2. From 01/11/2020 to 31/12/2020, simple interest @ 10% will be charge. No further extension will be given and the allotted flat will be automatically cancelled and the amount deposited towards cost of flat will be refunded after deducting the cancellation charges.

3. The extension of date will not be applicable to 72 flats of Sector B Pocket 2 Vasant Kunj as these flats are ready for occupation since long.
4.The rest of the terms and conditions will be as per the brochure of housing Scheme 2019 and will remain unchanged.
5. However, the above will be subject to final outcome of the decision of Hon’ble High Court in various writ petitions pending in the Hon’ble court on the subject.
