Masiha Housing Scheme to address need of housing for labourers. Mukhyamantri Audyogik Shramyogi Ane Industrial Housing Awas Yojana

Gujarat government is going to invite Masiha Housing Scheme 2021 online registration form soon. MASIHA stands for Mukhyamantri Audyogik Shramyogi Ane Industrial Housing Awas Yojana. In this scheme, the state govt. will provide housing to labourers near their factories. To avail scheme benefits, workers will have to fill the Masiha Scheme Application Form. 

On 3 March 2021, the state govt. of Gujarat has announced to start Masiha Housing Scheme to address need of housing for labourers. Mukhyamantri Audyogik Shramyogi Ane Industrial Housing Awas Yojana will provide housing facilities to laborers near their place of working in factories. This announcement comes after the state sees an unprecedented migration of workers to their home states after the lockdown was imposed. Workers migration had crippled production at industrial units in state. All the interested workers who wants to get a house under govt’s scheme will have to apply for Masiha scheme in Gujarat.

Fill Masiha Scheme Online Registration / Application Form

Just like other housing schemes like PM Awas Yojana, the Gujarat govt. may invite Masiha Housing Scheme online application form. These Masiha Yojana registration form may be invited at the state govt’s official website https://gujaratindia.gov.in/ or at a new dedicated portal. All the applicants will have to fill in their details in the Masiha Scheme online registration-cum-application form. Eligibility Criteria for Masiha Awas Yojana in Gujarat

In order to become eligible for Masiha Housing Scheme, each applicant must fulfill the conditions given below:-

• He / She must be a registered labourer.

• Applicant must be working in the industry located in the Gujarat state.

• Applicant must not own a house in their own or family name.

• Aadhaar Card
• Labour Card
• Employment Certificate or Proof of Working in Industry located in Gujarat
• Recent Pssport Size Photographs

Announcement of Masiha Housing Scheme

While presenting the Gujarat Budget on 3 March 2021, Dy. CM Nitin Patel has announced the Masiha Housing Scheme for labourers. He mentioned “In order to ensure that labourers get their dwellings nearby factories where they work, our govt. is going to launch Mukhyamantri Audyogik Shramyogi Ane Industrial Housing Awas (MASIHA) Scheme”.
