Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd April, 2021
S.O. 1687(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of section 3 of the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance, 2021 (4 of 2021) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the ‘Ordinance’), the Central Government hereby constitutes a body to be known as the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (hereafter in this notification referred to as the Commission for Air Quality) to exercise the powers conferred on, and to perform the functions assigned to it under the said Ordinance.
2. The Commission for Air Quality shall comprise of the following Members in terms of qualification prescribed under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Ordinance, namely:-
