Will the Minister of MINORITY AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) the details and total number of works in different sectors that have been undertaken and completed under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) for the State of Uttar Pradesh (UP) during the last three financial years i.e. 2019-2022;
(b) the total funds allocated and utilised by the State of Uttar Pradesh under this scheme during the said period;
(c) whether the State of Uttar Pradesh has not fully utilised the funds under the PMJVK and has allegedly diverted the funds to spend on other schemes or programmes; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the reaction of the Government thereto?

(a) & (b) During the last three financial years 2019-20 to 2021-22 a total of 1296 projects with total project cost of Rs. 68104.81 lakh with Central share of Rs. 40358.43 lakh has been approved under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) for the State of Uttar Pradesh, which includes 20 school buildings, 338 additional classrooms/ other infrastructure in schools, furniture in schools, 853 smart classrooms, 3 hostels, 6 colleges, 16 ITIs/ additional infrastructure in ITIs, 2 Polytechnics/ additional infrastructure in Polytechnics, 2 working women hostels, 7 anganwadi centres, 8 health projects, 26 sadbhav mandaps/ common service centres, 13 sanitation projects, etc. It has been informed by the State of Uttar Pradesh that the State Government has allocated an amount of Rs.21713.93 lakhs during the last three years i.e. 2019-20 to 2021-22 under PMJVK and the amount has been fully utilised.
(c) & (d) The State Government has informed that the funds under PMJVK have been utilised for the purpose for which it was sanctioned.
