Will the Minister of PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS be pleased to state:
(a) the number of LPG connections provided under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), State-wise;
(b) the number of LPG connections provided under PMUY in Dadra Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Maharashtra, especially in Osmanabad Parliamentary Constituency, district-wise;
(c) whether the Government has started taking any action to provide subsidy to the consumers of PMUY;
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(e) whether the Government proposes to deposit the subsidy including dues to the accounts of PMUY consumers; and
(f) if so, the action taken in this regard?

(a)& (b)As on 30.11.2022 Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies have released 9.57 crore LPG connections under Pradhan Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY). State/UT-wise details are at Annexure. Details of LPG connections released in the districts of Latur, Osmanabad and Solapur under Osmanabad Lok Sabha Constituency in Maharashtra are as under :-

(c) to (f) Government has started a targeted subsidy of Rs. 200/- per 14.2 Kg refill of domestic LPG, up to 12 refills/year for PMUY beneficiaries for 2022-23. The subsidy is directly credited to the registered bank accounts of the PMUY beneficiaries.
