Subject: Offering of 1000 additional EWS flats in Narela in the ongoing DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 with special discount of 25% in the Flats for different disadvantaged sections of society for ensuring accessibility to affordable housing.
DDA launched the DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 on a ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’ (Pehle Aao, Pehle Pao) on January 6, 2025, for which the bookings started from January 15, 2025 and additional 500 flats were added on January 30, 2025. Considering the continuance in the high demand for flats offered under affordable housing in the EWS category, the competent authority has decided to offer 1000 additional EWS flats in different housing pockets of Narela.
Booking for these flats will begin on February 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM onward, and will be in addition to the flats already available in the ongoing scheme. The details of additional 1000 EWS flats in different housing pockets of Narela being offered are as under:
