Subject: Extension of time by one week for registration and submission of EMO under DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction).

DOA Special Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) was launched on 06.01.2025 and registration & submission of EMO started from 14.01.2025 .In consideration of ongoing elections in Delhi coinciding with the closure of EMO submission on 04.02.2025 and to facilitate smooth participation of interested persons in the scheme, competent authority has decided to extend the closing date of registration and EMO submission by the applicant by one (01) week.

2. The revised schedule of the DOA Special Housing Scheme 2025 of e-auction would be as follows :

3. Please note that after the payment of the EMO, the final submission must be completed within time to finalize the application. The applicants who do not complete the final submission within time i.e., by 13.02.2025 (6:00 PM) will not be considered for e-Auction. The e-Auction schedule will be communicated once the final submission of applications is closed.
