Subject: Removal of one (1) flat from in the ongoing DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction).
In light of the ongoing legal proceedings in the case of Ram Lal Gambhir vs DDA (Delhi Development Authority), WP(C) 7133/2022 before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the Hon’ble Court, during its hearing on 04.02.2025, has directed that one flat on the first floor be excluded from the available LIG flats at Ashok Pahari, Faiz Road.
DDA has offered a total of 30 LIG flats, out of which 7 are on the first floor, including 3 in the unreserved category. In compliance with the Hon’ble Court’s directions, one flat needs to be excluded from the ongoing scheme. Accordingly, LIG Flat no-37, First Floor, Ashoka Pahari, Faiz Road with Event ID: 32624 is excluded from the scheme.
