DDA : Payment Deadline for 25% Balance – A to K Towers, Dwarka (Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023

Subject: – Request for Extension of Time for Payment of 25% Balance Amount for Flats in A to K Towers, Sector 198, Dwarka disposed under Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (e-Auction).
With reference to Circular No F/1/0133/2023/CORD/O/oDD(Coordi nation)/Part (5) dated 28th June 2024, which concerns the payment of the 25% balance amount or less, as applicable, by allottees I H1 bidders of the e-auction for flats in Sector.198, Dwarka, it was initially stipulated that this payment should be made within 60 days, i.e., by 29th August 2024.
Additionally, a further 30-day period was provided for payment with interest at a rate of 10% per annum (simple interest). Subsequently, a number of extensions were given as some finishing was still in progress and the last extension was issued vide circular HOUS/0009/2024/-SFS(LAB)/478 dated 27.12.2024 vide which the payment date was extended upto 3151 January, 2025 without interest, and an additional 30- day extension with interest at the rate of 10% per annum (simple interest) was also available till 2nd March, 2025.
In light of several representations from the allottees of flats in Towers A to K, requesting for additional time to complete their payments formalities including necessary arrangement for raising of loans with Banks, the Competent Authority has decided to extend the payment deadline. The new deadline for payment without interest has been extended to 15th February, 2025. Furthermore, an additional 30- day extension, with interest at the rate of 10% per annum (simple interest), will be available till 171h March, 2025 thereby making it the final deadline for payment for the allotttees of flats in Towers A to K. It may further be noted that no request for further extension will be entertained and the allottees are advised to make the complete payments by 15th February, 2025 to avoid interest liabilities.
