यह योजना मुख्य रूप से बिल्डिंग और कंस्ट्रक्शन वर्कर्स के लिए है। इसके लिए जरूरी है कि इन श्रमिकों का रजिस्ट्रेशन दिल्ली बिल्डिंग एंड अदर कंस्ट्रक्शन वर्कर्स वेलफेयर बोर्ड (DBOCWWB) के साथ होना चाहिए। इस स्कीम में नरेला में 700 ईडब्ल्यूएस फ्लैट तैयार किए गए हैं। यह स्कीम पहले आओ, पहले पाओ के आधार पर है। इसमें 25 फीसदी डिस्काउंट के साथ फ्लैट दिए जाएंगे। इनकी शुरुआती कीमत 8.65 लाख रुपये है। 50 हजार रुपये से बुकिंग करा सकते हैं। बुकिंग 15 जनवरी से शुरू होगी और 31 मार्च को खत्म होगी।

Subject: Launching of DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 with 25% discount for Building & Construction workers registered with Delhi Building and other Construction workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) & registrants with the PM Vishwakarma Scheme on ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is pleased to announce DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 with a 25% discount for Building & Construction Workers who are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB). This offer is extended to the workers who are registered with the Board on or before 31.12.2024. Additionally, all registrants under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme are also eligible for this discount.

Key Details for the Scheme:

• Eligible Applicants: Building & Construction Workers who are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) on or before 31.12.2024.
• All registrants under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme are also eligible for this discount offer.
• Allotment Process: The allotment will not be through a lottery but will be on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis (Pehle Aao, Pehle Pao).
• Mode of Registration & Booking: Registration and booking can only be done online via the DDA website: https://eservices.dda.org.in
• Loan Financing: To facilitate easy loan financing from various financial institutions, a fintech company, AMBAK, has collaborated with DDA.

Important Dates:

• Registration Opens: 06.01.2025
• Bookings Commence: 15.01.2025 from 11.00 AM onwards
• Scheme Closes: 31.03.2025
• Applicants are encouraged to visit the flats on-site before booking.

• A DDA kiosk is available at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station for assistance with all queries.
• A dedicated helpdesk has been set up at DDA Headquarters, Vikas Sadan, for further support.
• Camps will be organized across Delhi to provide assistance and guidance to interested buyers.

Registration & Booking Details:

• Registration Fee: Rs. 2500/-
• Booking Fee: Rs. 50,0001-

Note: Both fees are non-refundable.

Document required:

Before the possession letter is issued, allottees have to submit the proof of Income certificate in support of EWS status and documentary evidence in support of registration with Delhi Building and other Construction workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) or documentary evidence in support of registration with PM Vishwakarma Scheme, as the case may be. Further, other documents as prescribed in brochure of DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024.

*Number of flats may change at the time of launching of the scheme, and the number of flats at a particular locality/zone may be changed subject to availability.

**Plinth Area includes common area and may vary from flat to flat.

***The demand letter will be issued as per the actual plinth area of the individual flat. Therefore, the disposal price of flats may vary depending on plinth area. The tentative cost does not include water connection charges.

2. Terms & Conditions:

All other terms and conditions of this scheme will remain the same as per the “DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 (FCFS)” brochure.

3. This is issued with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.
