March 5, 2024 marks the beginning of the third phase of the Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) online auction of its luxurious apartments. Penthouses in Dwarka sector 19B are among them. On February 28, registrations for the online auction opened. On January 5, there was a preliminary round of e-auction for 296 units, of which 274 were reserved. 707 units were up for grabs in the second phase of the e-auction, which took place on February 5. DDA Housing Scheme 2024
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has provided you with another chance to purchase a fantastic property at a reasonable cost. The DDA’s luxury apartment e-auction has entered its third phase, which began today, March 5. 32,000 flats have been listed for sale under several categories as part of DDA’s Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023, including penthouses, Super HIG (higher income group), HIG, MIG (mid-income group), LIG (lower income group), and EWS (economic weaker section). Penthouses, Super HIG flats, HIG flats, and MIG apartments are being offered through e-auction in several phases. The distribution of LIG and EWS apartments is done on a first come, first served basis.

DDA Housing Scheme Objective
The main objective of the DDA Housing Scheme is to offer housing options to people who are struggling financially. With the goal of enabling every Delhi resident to realize their dream of homeownership, this government project delivers residences at more reasonable prices. This program also covers families with marginally higher incomes, so no family is left without a place to live.
Number of flats in DDA Housing Scheme e-auction
A maximum of 257 units, comprising penthouses, HIG flats, and MIG flats, would be put up for e-auction as part of the plan. There are two luxury duplex penthouses included in the auction along with 123 HIG 3BHK flats and 132 2BHK MIG flats for sale.

DDA Housing Scheme Price Range
A penthouse has a reserve price of 5 crore rupees. The reserve price for MIG 2BHK units is 1.2 crore rupees, while the price for HIG apartments is 2.05 crore rupees. Dwarka Sector 19B is home to the HIG Apartment and the Duplex Penthouse. With 11 buildings, the residential complex was constructed at an estimated cost of 700 crore rupees.
Eligibility Criteria for DDA Housing Scheme
The applicants applying for DDA Housing Scheme must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- When the flat was booked, they had to be at least eighteen years old.
- For EWS apartments, a family’s annual income cannot exceed Rs. 10 lakhs. However, there are no specified income requirements for other apartments.
- Candidate must have a PAN card
- Applicant must have a valid and active bank account
- Individuals who do not, in any metropolitan area of Delhi, Delhi Cantonment, or New Delhi,own or leasehold a residential plot or an apartment with a size greater than 67 square metres.
- Wife and husband may both apply for the programme independently. If both are chosen in the drawing, only one will be able to keep the flat.
How to Apply Under DDA Housing Scheme 2024
Before placing a bid, participants must register on the e-auction platform, https://eservices.dda.org.in/, and pay 2,500 rupees for each flat they want to buy. A booking deposit of 15 lakh rupees for HIG, 25 lakh rupees for penthouses, and 10 lakh rupees for MIG flats is required from candidates upon registration.
