DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) concluded on 19.02.2025. The list of successful Hl bidders is enclosed. The demand-cum-allotment letters will be issued in due course through eservices.dda.org.in (AWAAS Portal). Though messages and email will be sent in their registered mobile numbers & email addresses, it shall be the responsibility of the Hl allottees to regularly keep on checking eservices.dda.org.in (AWAAS Portal) for getting updates on demand letter.
The demand letters likely to be issued within the next 10 to 15 working days. For any future updates you are requested to refer to the DDA website.
