Subject: Launching of DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 with special discount of 25% in the Flats for different disadvantaged sections of society for ensuring accessibility to affordable housing.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is pleased to announce launching of DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 with a special 25% discount on EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG flats at various locations in Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur. This offer is available on a limited inventory of flats and the discount will be valid only until 31.03.2025 and will be available on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis (Pehle Aao, Pehle Pao). This initiative aims to ensure greater accessibility to affordable housing for various disadvantaged sections of society.

Discounts on Flats:

• EWS and LIG Flats at Loknayakpuram, Siraspur, and Narela
• MIG and HIG Flats at Loknayakpuram and Narela

Eligibility Criteria:

The 25% discount is available to the following categories of individuals: For EWS and LIG Flats (Discount available for all categories):

• Auto Rickshaw Drivers and Cab Drivers operating in Delhi having permit and registration in his name from the Tranport Department, GNCTD on or before 31.12.2024.
• Persons registered under the PM Svanidhi Scheme such as Street vendors/ hawkers.
• Women
• War Widows
• Ex-Servicemen and Recipients of Gallantry and Arjuna Awards
• Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan)
• Persons belonging to SC/ST Category

IFor MIG flats at Narela & Loknayakpuram and HIG Flats at Narela (Discount available for the following categories only):

• Women
• War Widows
• Ex-Servicemen and Recipients of Gallantry and Arjuna Awards
• Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan)
• Persons belonging to SC/ST Category

Important Dates:

• Registration Opens: 06.01.2025
• Bookings Commence: 15.01.2025 from 11.00 AM onwards
• Scheme Closes: 31.03.2025
• Applicants are encouraged to visit the flats on-site before booking.

Allotment Process:

• Allotment will be made on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis (Pehle Aao, Pehle Pao).
• The allotment is not through the lottery.

Registration & Booking Details:

• Registration and Booking can be done online only via the ODA website: https://eserv ices.dda.org.in.
• For easy loan financing, DOA has collaborated with the fintech company AMBAK.
• For any inquiries, interested buyers can contact the DOA Helpline at 1800-011- 0332.
• A ODA kiosk is available at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station to assist with all queries and documentation.
• A dedicated helpdesk has been set up at ODA Headquarters, Vikas Sadan, for additional support.

Registration Fees:Rs 2500/- Booking Fees:

• Booking of EWS Flats: Rs. 50,000
• Booking of LIG Flats: Rs. 1,00,000
• Booking of MIG Flats: Rs. 4,00,000
• Booking of HIG Flats: Rs. 10,00,000 The above fees are non refundable.

Note:

*Number of flats may change at the time of launching of the scheme, and the number of flats at a particular locality/zone may be changed subject to availability .
**Plinth Area includes common area and may vary from flat to flat.
***The demand Jetter will be issued asper the actual plinth area of the individual flat. Therefore, the disposal price of flats may vary depending on plinth area. The tentative cost does not include conversion charges and water connection charges.

MIG & HIG Flats (Discounted Price) –

Discount applies to the categories of Women, War Widows, Ex-Servicemen and Recipients of Gallantry and Arjuna Awards, Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) and Persons belonging to SC/ST Category:

Terms & Conditions:

All other terms and conditions of the scheme will be as per the brochure of the ODA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 (FCFS) and the ODA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024.
