Dear Madam/Sir,
You are aware that Board examinations will start from 15 Feb 2025 for both Secondary and Senior Secondary Classes. About 42 lakh students will appear from 7842 examination centres from India and 26 countries abroad.
Conducting examination at such a large scale requires foolproof planning and successful execution at the examination and the evaluation centres. Every year, some new schools, principals and teachers are added to the CBSE team for the process of Board examinations also the conduct of examination and the process of evaluation is continuously updated based on earlier experiences and newer foreseeable challenges. Therefore, it becomes essential to communicate the amended policies with all functionaries involved in the conduct of examination and evaluation.
Accordingly, the Board has decided to organize a Live Webcast to explain the Guidelines for Centre Superintendents, Deputy Centre Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, City Coordinators and Observers and also Evaluation Guidelines alongwith the Role and Responsibilities of various functionaries as per the following schedule:-
Date:- 14.02.2025 (Friday) Time:- 2.30 PM onwards
Duration:- 2 Hours approximately.

Schools will take the following action to live stream the webcast:-

(a) Go to You tube and search BoardExams@CBSE
(b) You will require a screen, sound system, and Internet connection to view the Webcast.
(c) All schools will compulsorily make arrangements to watch the Live Webcast under the Supervision of the Principal
(d) All teachers teaching Classes IX to Classes-XII and other staff involved in the conduct of examination and evaluation should watch the webcast and note down important instructions pertaining to their role in the examination.
(e) As Guidelines for the CS have already been sent to all the examination centres, hence, query, if any, may please be sent to CBSE on e-mail id guerv.term2exam@cbseshi ksha.in so that these queries can be taken up during the course of the webcast.
(f) Queries (if any ) after the webcast may also be sent on the above-mentioned email id so that these queries can be addressed.
(g) Each school is required to upload the following on ASAR app which can be downloaded from Google Play Store:-
i. A geotagged photograph covering the participants
ii. Total number of participants in the program
The meeting will be presided over by Sh. Rahul Singh, IAS, Chairman, CBSE. I am sure that two hours spent by all of us equip us well for the upcoming CBSE Board examinations.
