Subject: Offering of 500 additional EWS flats in Narela in the ongoing DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 with special discount of 25% in the Flats for different disadvantaged sections of society for ensuring accessibility to affordable housing.
DDA launched the DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 on a ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’ (Pehle Aao, Pehle Pao) on January 6, 2025, for which the bookings started from January 15, 2025. Considering the high demand for the flats offered under affordable housing, the competent authority has decided to offer 500 additional EWS flats in different housing pockets of Narela.
Booking for these flats will begin on January 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM onwards, and will be in addition to the flats already available in the ongoing scheme. The details of additional 500 EWS flats in different housing pockets of Narela being offered are as under:

***The demand letter will be issued as per the actual plinth area of the individual flat. Therefore, the disposal price of flats may vary depending on plinth area. The tentative cost does not include water connection charges.
