Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) the total number of Ayushman Bharat Cards issued by the Government in the country including Gujarat and Tripura during the last three years, district-wise; and
(b) the number of persons who have availed the benefit of the said card and the expenses incurred thereon in the said States during the last three years, district-wise including Banaskantha?

(a) and (b) As on 31.10.2024, a total of 35.8 crore Ayushman cards have been created under Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY). State/UT-wise details of number of Ayushman cards created under the scheme during the last three years are at Annexure-I.
District-wise details of number of Ayushman cards created in the State of Gujarat during the last three years are at Annexure-II.
District-wise details of number of Ayushman cards created in the State of Tripura during the last three years are at Annexure-III.
District-wise details of number of beneficiaries who have availed benefits and the expenses incurred thereon under the scheme in the State of Gujarat are at Annexure-IV.
District-wise details of number of beneficiaries who have availed benefits and the expenses incurred thereon under the scheme in the State of Tripura are at Annexure–V.
