National Book Trust (NBT), India (under the Ministry of Education, Government of India) has launched Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya App, the National Digital Library for Children and Adolescent which gives access to thousands of age-appropriate books, including stories, biographies, science fiction, and classics, all free of cost.
An Amrit Kaal Story-Writing Competition is being organised through this APP to foster creativity among the youth of India. This competition aims to provide students with an opportunity to showcase their storytelling talents by writing stories that reflect hope, innovation, and transformation for India.
Details of the Competition:
- 1. Eligibility: Students of Classes IX-XII.
- 2. Last date of Registration: 4th October 2024
- 3. Submission of Stories: 5th October 2024 – 12th October 2024
- 4. How to Register: Students can register via the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya App available for download on both Android and iOS platforms.
You are requested to encourage all eligible students to take part in this exciting initiative and use this opportunity to showcase their creativity and contribute to India’s cultural legacy through the power of their stories. The attached banner may be displayed on your school website, social media platforms, and in prominent locations within the school to ensure maximum participation.
