Review and filling up of vacant posts in Kendriya Vidyalayas
Continuous Efforts to Fill Vacancies and Enhance Efficiency in School Education Organizations
(a) & (b) The instructions/directions have been issued from time-to-time to all the autonomous organizations functioning under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education to fill up their vacancies in order to increase quality and efficiency. Filling up of vacancies is a continuous process and action is taken from time to time as per the provisions of the relevant recruitment rules of the respective organization / post including Giridih Parliamentary Constituency, Jharkhand. The process of filling up of vacancies involves various methods of recruitment such as promotion, Limited Departmental Examination, Direct Recruitment, etc.
(c) The class-wise student strength (as on 30.06.2024) in Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Giridih in Giridih Parliamentary Constituency, Jharkhand, is as under:-

(c) As per information received from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), there is no KV functioning in Dumri village of Jharkhand and there is no proposal received in KVS from the State Government of Jharkhand for opening of a new KV in Dumri village.

Will the Minister of EDUCATION be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has issued directions to autonomous organizations including Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) from time to time, for reviewing their vacancies and for taking prompt action for filling up of vacant posts including in the KV under Giridih Parliamentary Constituency, Jharkhand;
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(c) the details about the class strength for each class/section in KV under Giridih Parliamentary Constituency, Jharkhand; and
(d) the measures taken/proposed to be taken by the Government to shift KV, Dumri village in Jharkhand from rented accommodation to Government accommodation?
