Dear Principal
National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NIPAM) is a flagship program of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India to offer basic intellectual property (IP) training and instill foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in educational institutions. The aim of NIPAM is to nurture the students to inculcate the spirit of creativity & innovation and ignite, inspire them to innovate and protect their creations.
In view of above, the schools are requested to do the needful as per following:
1. Register the school for NIPAM, at www.yuvamanthan.org/NIPAM
2. After registration, invite students and teachers to join through a unique link provided in the school dashboard
3. Encourage students to join ‘IP Innovation Club’ to focus on entrepreneurial and innovative instincts
4. Students may be encouraged to go through e-Modules on NIPAM to know about details of Intellectual Property (IP)
5. Students and teachers may be informed about the basic digital certificate course of NIPAM for students and teachers.
6. Students may be encouraged to take the e-Pledge for Viksit Bharat at www.yuvamanthan.org/NIPAM.
