Subject: Offering of LIG flats at Ramgarh Colony under Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 on ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’ at a discount of 15% to general public
DDA has launched Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 on ‘First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS)’ on 24.11.2023. Phase I & Phase-II of the Diwali FCFS scheme are successfully running with more than 3,000 flats already sold so far.
2. In order to incentivize and promote affordable housing for the general public, the Authority vide agenda item no. 12/2024 approved the proposal to offer the LIG flats at Ramgarh Colony at a discount of 15% on the price. Further, the Authority approved amalgamation of adjacent flats subject to structural feasibility. Ramgarh Colony is very well connected to Jahangirpuri Metro station of DMRC, bus stop and main road connecting Mukarba Chowk and Azadpur is also at a walking distance. It is now proposed to offer 211 no. of LIG flats at Ramgarh Colony in the ongoing Diwali FCFS Scheme in addition to the flats already on offer. The details of these 211 flats are given below:

3. These flats will be available for booking from 14.03.2024 from 11:00 AM onwards.
