Subject: Offline payment of the remammg claims of members of School Result Committee (SRC) 2021, reg.
Madam/Sir,
The Board Examinations 2021 results were declared as per tile Tabulation Policy duly approved by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. As per the terms & conditions of this Tabulation Policy, he result data of all the candidates was uploaded on the portal by the schools on the recommendations of their respective School Result Committees (SRC) constituted for the purpose.
The payment of remuneration to the members of the School Result Committee (SRC) was made through Integrated Payment System (IPS). However, it has come to the notice that some of the members of School Result Committee – 202 1 have not received payment of remuneration.
Keeping in view the above, it has been decided by the Competent Authority that one last opportunity for submission of their claims to concerned Regional office by 31st March, 2024 shall be given to those members of School Result Committee whose payment is outstanding I not paid as on date: No further opportunity shall be – given for claims submitted after 31st March, 2024.
The concerned Regional Office shall verify the claim(s) from the data and process the payment in offline mode for settlement of outstanding I not paid claims as IPS for 2021 •School Result Committee (SRC) has already been closed.
All Head of School I Principal of CBSE Affiliated Schools are requested to inform the members of their School Result Committee 2021 who have not received the remuneration till date for submission of claims by 3151 March, 2024 in the concerned Regional Office.
