2023 Examination (Main and Supplementary both) Functionaries’ Offline Payment

Subject: Offline pavment to the functionaries involved in examination and evaluation work for 2023 Examinations (Main and Supplementary both) – reg. ‘
Madam/Sir,
This is with reference to the circulars dated 26.12.2023 & 24.01.2024 whereby the IPS modules for examination and evaluation activities for 2023 Board Examinations (Main and Supplementary both) were closed down. It has been observed that even after giving ample opportunities to the functionaries to submit the details/claims in the IPS, they have not filled/submitted the same, thereby resulting in non-payment.
All the Regional Directors I Officers are requested to obtain claims and details from the functionaries deployed for 2023 Board examinations and evaluation activities who have not received payment through IPS and process these claims in the offline mode and update the same in the IPS.
All the functionaries remaining for payment for 2023 Board Examination and evaluation activities should submit their claims to their concerned Regional Offices within two months’ time from the issue of this letter i.e. latest by 15th of April2024.
No further opportunity will be given to anyone for submitting claims after this period.
