To ensure a seamless auction process, the DDA has organized demo sessions for applicants and partnered with SBI’s e-auctioning bidding platform. These demo sessions, conducted from January 2-4, acquainted participants with the intricacies of the process. The entire auction process is set to be conducted online, maintaining anonymity, allowing bidders to participate from any location worldwide, as highlighted by an official.
To prevent server issues and confusion, the DDA has scheduled different timings and days for the e-auction of flats in various categories. Penthouses and MIG flats will be auctioned on Friday from 11 am to 12 pm, followed by super HIG from 3 pm to 4 pm. The e-auction for HIG is slated for January 6, Saturday, with batch 1 of 430 flats at 11 am to 12 pm and batch 2 of 516 flats at 3 pm.
Applicants are advised to thoroughly review instructions, FAQs, a demo YouTube video, and the terms and conditions outlined in the scheme brochure. The DDA initially launched the scheme in November, presenting 32,000 newly-constructed flats in Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, and Narela. Registration for approximately 28,000 LIG and EWS flats commenced on November 24, while the remaining flats opened for registration on November 30.
