  • The  schools  under  the  jurisdiction of  respective  Regional  Offices  of CBSE  as  mentioned above  may register using the above-mentioned links.

Annexure A
Revised guidelines for participation in CBSE Skill Expo 2023
  • This event is restricted to the schools under the respective CBSE Regional Offices as mentioned.
  • Schools must use their @cbseshiksha.in email id to register for participation in respective Skill Expo.
  • There is no fee for registering/ participating in the CBSE Skill Expo.
  • The details of participants must be provided through the Google form (using the respective link mentioned above) along with a brief write up about the exhibit.
  • Participation: The students of Classes 6 to 12 may participate in the event.
  • The teams would be required to submit the details of their respective projects (title, write up/description, list of materials used) within the stipulated time-frame.
  • The schools whose exhibits have been selected for displaying in the Skill Expo shall be notified by email(on the email id provided at the time of Registration) giving time to the participants to prepare their exhibits. The project/exhibit to be showcased may be:
  • process used to create an item/product.
  • application of entrepreneurship
  • The participating school/ team would bear all expenses related to participation in the event including lodging/ boarding arrangements at the venue city.
  • Skill Expo will be organized at two levels: Regional level and National level.
  • The screening of the entries would be done before the Regional/National level exhibitions.
  • For the Skill Expo, a School Team will be represented by:
  • 2 students per theme selected
  • 1 mentor Skill teacher
  • A  school can  submit maximum three number of exhibits. After screening, it can  be the case  that either one/two/three one of the exhibit/s got selected for showcasing.
  • The names of the students and the mentor teacher, once registered, cannot be changed at any stage of the exhibition.
  • The school team(s) participating at Regional and National Level must remain the same.

and popularizing traditional arts and crafts. Economic
upliftment activities focusing on the regional specialties
like textiles, handicrafts, pottery, sculpture,
metal work, woodwork, jewelry, paintings, masks,
puppets, etc.

  • Care should be taken to use eco-friendly innovative material in the preparation of exhibits.
  • Schools can either prepare or exhibit one skill on their own or they can include experts in the particular field also.
  • The themes/ sub-themes once selected cannot be changed. Similarly, the skill chosen cannot be changed.
  • The exhibits will be assessed by at eam of experts as per the following criteria:

  • Certificates will be awarded to the selected best entries.
  • The decision of the committee members/experts for screening the entries will be considered final.

Guidelines for participation in National Guidance Festival – 2023
  • This event is restricted to the schools under the respective CBSE Regional Offices as mentioned.
  • Schools must use their @cbseshiksha.in email id to register for participation in respective NGF.
  • Schools must register separately for the National Guidance Festival-2023 through specific link.
  • In case the link doesn’t work, please copy the link and paste it in the browser.
  • Each school can nominate 5 students and 2 teachers to attend the National Guidance Festival – 2023 at the respective venue.
  • The students and teachers who have been nominated must attend the event from 10:00  am to1:00 pm (to be eligible for certificate).
  • Every eligible participant will get a certificate of participation on attending the event full day.
  • Webinars and short sessions will be organized before the event to disseminate the message across students, parents and teachers.
  • Motivational talks and Panel discussions shall be held on the following topics:
  • How to develop skills required for the new world.
  • Future Careers and Importance of Early Planning.
  • Career Planning – live development of a roadmap towards future. (Each student will be guided to develop a roadmap towards their future career).
