Examination for the Recruitment Exam of State Co-ordinators for Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJ & E)
The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJ & E) is the nodal department of Government of India for the overall policy, planning and coordination of programmes/ schemes for the development and welfare of marginalised and vulnerable groups.
MoSJ & E proposes to recruit Young Professionals for the post of State Co-ordinators for its Project Monitoring Unit.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the responsibility to conduct the recruitment Exam of PMUs for MoSJ & E.

|
Descriptive. Candidates will be required to write essays
on the given topics, each not more than 500 words.

Online (Internet based)-remote proctored
Candidates will be required to login to the specified
site and type their descriptive answers on their Personal
Computers or laptops from their location. There would be
no need to visit any exam centre.

Rules to be followed for the Online Proctored Exam are:
1. Candidates are expected to maintain the sanctity and integrity of the exam and not resort to any unfair means.
2. The Exam is remotely proctored. Candidates are advised to note that they will be under invigilation by Human Proctors during the exam, who will monitor their movements, including those on their screen.
3. At any point of time during the exam, if the Proctor finds any suspicious eye movements or any suspicious activities in the exam environment, candidate can be asked by the Proctor through Chat, to turn the Laptop/Webcam to show his/her surroundings. Warning on Chat shall appear on the candidate’s console on suspicious behaviour. If the candidate does not follow the instructions even after repeated warnings from the Proctor, the exam can be terminated for the Candidate by the Proctor. Candidates are required to keep a check on the chat window for any communication from the Proctor.
4. Candidates are not allowed to keep any sheets of papers for noting down anything or for doing any rough work.
5. Candidates will be permitted to keep the following items with them during the exam:
- i. Admit Card
- ii. Valid ID proof
- iii. Drinking water in a transparent water bottle.
Specific details on how to attend the webinar and appear in the mock test will be provided to the candidates in the Admit Cards and by mail/SMS at their registered email address/mobile numbers.
