LIC of India Daily Allowance and Hotel Charges to Employees on Tour Amendment Rules, 2023

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th August, 2023
G.S.R. 608(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (31 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Daily Allowance and Hotel Charges to Employees on Tour) Rules, 1989, namely: —
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Daily Allowance and Hotel Charges to Employees on Tour) Amendment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in Official Gazette.
2. In the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Daily Allowance and Hotel Charges to Employees on Tour) Rules, 1989, in Schedule, for PART-I the following shall be substituted, namely: –
