Recruitment of teachers and librarians in KV

Will the Minister of EDUCATION be pleased to state:

(a) whether any teachers and librarians have been recruited through KVS advertisement nos. 15/2022, 16/2022 and 15/2023;

(b) whether the written examination was conducted by CBSE and Artech, a private institution which was given the responsibility in this regard; and

(c) whether any complaints have been received related to irregularities in the said examinations of KVS and if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b) As per the information received from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), advertisement Number 15/2022 and advertisement Number 16/2022 were notified in the month of December, 2022 for conducting recruitment of Teaching and Non-teaching staff including Librarian in KVS through Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Advertisement Number 15/2023 is not borne of facts.

(c) Some complaints related to irregularities in  Computer  Based  Test (online examination) conducted by CBSE were received. A review of the same has resulted in cancellation of examination at one centre at Amritsar and one centre at Patna held on 14.02.2023 for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Maths). Re-examination for the same have been held on 01.03.2023.
