DDA Flat in Delhi? 5500 Flats are on Sale, Price Starts From Rs 13 Lakh
Are you planning to buy a DDA flat in Delhi? Registration of a new set of apartments constructed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will be starting from June 30 onwards. Under the Phase IV housing scheme, as many as 5500 flats are on sale in this round.
The registration process will start at 12 pm on Friday, June 30, the officials informed.

- Dwarka – 50 middle-income group flats
- Narela – 149 MIG flats in In Narela addition to low-Income group and Economic Weaker Section flats
- Lok Nayak Puram
- Rohini
- Siraspur
Registration Process
Those who wish to buy the DDA Flats can apply through official online portals by the DDA. The authority will be launching a dedicated portal for sale management where all these options will be available for booking the flat online. Details of the scheme will be available on websites like https://eservices.dda.org.in and https://dda.gov.in. The DDA will be issuing a circular about the booking process.
Applicants in any category have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 1000. The registered applicants will be allowed to visit the properties during a notified window of 4-5 days. Junior engineers will be deployed at the locations to guide the buyers.
Once they finalise the flat, they can proceed to the next step of booking. The booking amount is Rs 50,000 for EWS (Economically Weaker Section), Rs 1 lakh for LIG (Low Income Group), Rs 4 lakh for MIG (Middle Income Group) and Rs 10 lakh for HIG (High Income Group).
In the next step, the applicant will receive a demand letter from DDA. The buyer has to make the full payment for the flat within 60 days without any interest. Another 30 days will also be allowed with 11 per cent interest.
Price of DDA Flats
The cost of EWS flats will range from Rs 10-13 lakh, including the booking amount.
For LIG flats, the cost is around Rs 15 lakh for properties in Narela and Rohini, Rs 17 lakh in Siraspur and Rs 30 lakh in Lok Nayak Puram. In Lok Nayak Puram, the flats are comparatively larger with more plinth area.
The MIG flats will cost around Rs 1. 05 crore in Narela and Rs 1. 35 crore to Rs 1. 45 crore in Dwarka Sector 19B.
The HIG flats will range from Rs 2. 25 crore to Rs 2. 46 crore. There are only 40 apartments in Jasola under this scheme.
Any person having less than 67 sqm of flat or plot in Delhi is now eligible to apply for allotment of newly constructed DDA flats. EWS category applicants have to submit an income certificate with less than Rs 10 lakh annual gross salary.
