User registration is the first process before one can participate in the lottery process. Applicants must ensure they have kept the required documents handy before registering.

Click on the name of your name
This takes you to the lottery-specific page
Set a username, Fill in basic information
Hence, complete the registration process.

MHADA Lottery 2023 Online Application

After you register, the next step is to fill in the online application. The process is as follows.

Apply on MHADA lottery.mhada.gov.in Website

Head to the lottery webpage of the Mhada website
Now, Login using the details you created during the registration process
Select the Lottery scheme
Then, print the acknowledgement.

How to Apply for MHADA 2023 Lottery through Mobile App

Download the app named “MHADA Housing Lottery System” from Google Play store and install it
Open up the app

After the app opens, Go to the “View Live Schemes” section.
Now, you have the option to apply.
Click on “Start Now”.

Enter your PAN Number and Click on Verify.
After sharing the details, you will be able to create your account.
Now, Login into the app by providing your username and password.
You can now submit the MHADA 2023 Lottery application from the mobile itself.

MHADA Housing Scheme 2023 – Online Payment

The next and final step of the process is making online payments. As you can see in the schedule above, the payment window opens from 26 June 2023 onwards. All the applicants need to pay the application fees and deposit amount.

The applicants can make payments using multiple payment modes like Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Bank transfers (RTGS, NEFT).

Once your payment is completed, you have successfully submitted the application from your next.

The MHADA officials scrutinize the received applications after the last date. This way, the approved applicant list and rejected applications list is released. Kindly understand that approval means the application per the requirements and will be considered in the lottery process.

However, the rejected application means it is not as per the norms of MHADA or MHADA found any information that makes that particular application not applicable for the lottery process.
