- Before you could participate in the process, you need to sign up on the official website. Follow these steps to create your account
- Click here to Create account https://janhit.upda.in/
- Now, click on ORA (Registration for Allotment)
- Then, from the list, click on “GDA”
- This opens up the login page
- You need to scroll down and click on “Register for a new account”
- Now, the profile creation page loads up
- Enter all details and create your account.

- Enter your username and password
- Enter the captcha code and click on “Login”

- When you log in for the first time
- Click on “Add New Registrations”
- Now, the registration form opens up
- The Gorakhpur Development Authority is already selected.
- Now, choose the scheme name as Khorabar Township & Medicity.
- After selecting the scheme, like the Category
- Choose from Khorabar MIG Flats (3 BHK), Khorabar Mini MIG Flats (2 BHK), Khorabar LIG Flats (1 BHK), Khorabar EWS Flats (1BHK), Sector 1 Small Size (LIG) Plots, Sector 2 Medium Size (MIG) Plots, Sector 3 Large Size (HIG) Plots
- After you make a selection, details like Block, Applrox. Cost of Flats/Plot, Registration Money, Form Charges etc. Appear on the screen.
- Enter the Applicant Name, Father/Spouse Name, Applicant DOB(DD/MM/YYYY), Postal Address Permanent Address, Mobile No., Email ID, Marital Status and click on “Save & Next”
- Then complete the payment, and you have successfully participated in the GDA Gorakhpur Housing Lottery.
