CBSE : Full & Final Settlement of Payment for Centre Charges for Board’s Examinations 2022-23

Madam/Sir,

This is in continuation to the instructions issued earlier vide letter dated 22.02.2023 & reminder dated 01.04.2023 regarding updation of data in OECMS portal by Centre Superintendents. It was communicated that in 2023, data will be taken from OECMS to make the payment of centre charge. Accordingly, schools were requested to complete the entries in OECMS daily.

Now, Board has launched Integrated Payment System (IPS) for making payment(s) of Centre Charge(s) for the examination centre and functionaries involved in the conduct of AISSCE/AISSE Examination 2022-23.

The data has been fetched from OECMS portal to IPS portal. The online IPS portal link is available in “Pariksha Sangam” in CBSE website and made operational for the Examination Centres to check, verify and to freeze the data.

The Board will make payment in an automotive mode thereafter into the account of individual. The last date for freezing the data in the IPS portal system is 20th May, 2023. It may also be noted that Board has decided to release the payment in a fixed schedule and thus all concern are requested to follow the directions of the Board strictly.
