Composition of Grievance Redressal Committee for the redressal of grievances of SCs and STs of KVS

Sir/Madam,

In order to ensure due consideration and timely redressal of the grievances of the employees of KVS belonging to SC/ST categories and to comply with the orders issued by the Government of India from time to time, a committee comprising of the following officers/Officials has been constituted at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (HQ) with immediate effect: –

• Smt. Neelam, Deputy Commissioner (Admn.) – Convenor
• Shri R. K. Pathik, Assistant  Commissioner (Admn.) – Member
• Shrl Narender Kumar, ASO (Admn-II Section) – Member

The duties and functions of the committee will be as under: –

The Committee  shall  adhere  to the provision  regarding  “Duties  and Functions” appended  in Article 159 of the Education Code for Kendriya Vidyalayas.

This may be circulated among all the staff of regional office as well as to all the Principals and Kendriya Vidyalayas under your administrative jurisdiction with the direction to bring the contents of this letter to the notice of the staff of the Regional Officer and Vidyalaya.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.

3. Joint  Commissioner(Acad./Fin./Admn.–1/Admn.JP:ers./Trg.  &  Chief Grievance  Officer,  KVS (HQrs), New Delhi.

4. All Officers/Sections, KVS(HQ), New Delhi.

5. The Director, ZIET, Gwalior/Mumbai/Mysore/Chandigarh/Bhubneshwar

6. The Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Moscow/Kathmandu/Tehran.

7. The Deputy Commissioner (EDP), KVS(HQ), New Delhi with the request to upload on the KVS website.
