Cidco extends deadline for online registration for mass Housing scheme

Online payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for Cidco’s Mass Housing Scheme Diwali-2022 has been extended till January 31. However, applicants are informed that there has been a slight change in the date of the computerized draw. The computerized draw of this scheme will be held on February10 instead of February 8 which was decided earlier. Besides, the deadline for online registration has also been extended up to January 31. The earlier registration date was fixed on January 21 and looking at the overwhelming response, Cidco has amended the deadline.

According to Cidco, the deadline has been extended till January 31 to enable applicants who have registered and submitted their application to pay the online EMD. The draft list of accepted applicants will be published on February 6 and the final list of accepted applicants on February 8 on Cidco’s website https://lottery.cidcoindia.com. The computerized draw for the scheme will be held on February 10.

Cidco had launched the Mass Housing Scheme on October 24 on the auspicious occasion of Diwali and made available 7, 849 apartments at Bamandongri railway station, Kharkopar East 2A, Kharkopar East 2B and Kharkopar East 2P in Ulwe node of Navi Mumbai for the economically weaker section (EWS) under Prime Minister Awas Yojana (PMAY).
