Online Dispute Redressal Mechanism for Term-I Examination

It has been informed by some schools that they were not able to apply within the due date hence, as a special measure CBSE is extending the last date till 20th April, 2022 (Wednesday). The following action needs to be taken by the students and schools:

i) If any student wishes to raise any dispute regarding performance on Term-I , may inform to his/her school in writing.

ii) School will process the request of the student. If the dispute could be resolved at the level of the school, the outcome will be communicated by the school to the student concerned in writing.

iii) If the dispute is to be resolved by the CBSE, a report combining all the disputes received by the schools may be uploaded in one go on the School Request Submission for Resolution on link https://cbseit.in/cbse/2022/SRSR/landing.aspx.

iv) If any school was not able to upload their request on the portal earlier or if uploaded only partial information on the portal, may upload the complete details on the above-said link so that the dispute will be addressed by the CBSE as per process and norms.

v) Any school that has communicated to the CBSE on any email to the Regional Officer or the CBSE Headquarter is also required to upload their dispute within schedule on the portal.

vi) No request sent by the school on any email id or any other platform will not be considered by the CBSE.

All the schools are directed to strictly follow the above-said instructions so that all disputes raised by the students/schools may be resolved by the CBSE appropriately and within schedule.
