Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
a) whether Rajasthan is included in the 10 High Focus States in the PM Aatmanirbhar Swasth Bharat Yojana and if so, the district-wise details of the areas identified for the establishment of the wellness centers, laboratories, etc;
b) the details of the phases of implementation and the budgetary outlay for the PM Aatmanirbhar Swasth Bharat Yojana particularly in the State of Rajasthan and the details thereof; and
c) the details of the concerted steps taken towards implementation of the PM Aatmanirbhar Swasth Bharat Yojana?

(a) to (c) Rajasthan is included in the 10 High Focus States in the PM Aatmanirbhar Swasth Bharat Yojana (now renamed as PM-Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission-ABHIM).
The implementation of the scheme along with detailed planning and district-wise allocation under various components of the PM-ABHIM lies with the State government. Hence, the ministry does not maintain district-wise information for all the components.
The financial provision with an outlay of Rs. 4340.10 Crores has been made to the State of Rajasthan for construction of 2652 ‘Building-less’ SHCs towards Infrastructure support for AB-HWCs, establishment & operationalization of 803 Urban Health and Wellness Centres, 295 Block Public Health Units, 33 District Integrated Public Health Labs and 33 Critical Care Blocks over the period of five years from FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26.
The Ministry provides technical and financial support for the implementation of PM-ABHIM. The States/UTs have been provided with the Operational & Technical Guidelines for PM- ABHIM implementation.
