BITCOIN TRANSACTIONS
Question: Will the Minister of Finance be pleased to state:
(a)whether the Government is aware that Bitcoin transaction is silently blooming in India in the recent years;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the response of the Government in this regard; (c)whether the Government has any proposal to recognise Bitcoin as a currency in the country; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) The Government does not collect data on Bitcoin Transaction.
