PUBLIC NOTICE
The DDA Housing Scheme 2021 was launched from 02.01.2021 to 16.02.2021. The Draw of the Scheme was held on 10.03.2021 and the details of waitlisted candidate were uploaded on DDA Website. DDA is planning to conduct a mini draw in the month of July 2021 for those Registrants of Housing Scheme 2021 who were kept in the wait list.
All the wait-listed applicants are requested to deposit the requisite registration money (as prescribed in the brochure) as per their preferences in the application form of DDA Housing Scheme 2021 by 30.06.2021 through DDA website.
Wait-listed applicants, who fail to deposit the requisite registration amount as mentioned in DDA Housing scheme 2021 Brochure will not be considered for draw of lots for allotment of flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2021.
The flats will be allotted through draw of lots as per choice/preferences mentioned by you in your application form under DDA Housing Scheme 2021.
The mode of payment of registration amount will be only through challan generated from DDA website. The detailed procedure is given below:

Registration Amount payment is to be made by RTGS/NEFT through generating DDA Flats E-challan by visiting DDA Website i.e. dda.org.in under PAYMENT Module

Submit the Copy of Challan through return e-mail to [email protected]
Last Date to deposit the Registration Amount is 30/06/2021.
