Subject: Allocation of targets under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana- Gramin (PMAY-G) for the Financial Year 2021-22 based on existing Permanent Wait List (PWL) and finalized Awaas+ list- Reg.
Sir/ Madam,
As you are aware, PMAY-G is being implemented in partnership with the State Governments to realize the noble goal of “Housing for All by 2022”. Significant progress has been made in this direction since the launch of the scheme by the Hon’ble PM on 20th November, 2016. I acknowledge and appreciate the efforts put in by the States/UTs in implementing the scheme till date and I am sure that similar zeal and enthusiasm would be exhibited by your State/UT in present year.
2. I would like to inform that with the approval of the Competent Authority in the Department of Rural Development, the targets for the year 2021-22 under PMAY-G have been allocated to the States/UTs from existing PWL and the finalized Awaas+ lists as per following table:-
