REGISTRATION SLIP UNDER PM-UDAY SCHEME
Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) the number of properties issued registration slip under Prime Minister – Unauthorised Colonies in Delhi Awas Adhikar Yojana (PM-UDAY) scheme;
(b) if so, whether there are only few properties registered due to slow process and lengthy procedure; and

(c) if so, whether any measures have been taken to simplify the procedure?

(a): Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has informed that as on 26.02.2021, 4,731 Conveyance Deed and Authorisation Slip have been issued under Pradhan Mantri – Unauthorized Colonies in Delhi Awas Adhikar Yojana (PM-UDAY) Scheme.
(b): DDA has further informed that till 26.02.2021, it has received 61,184 applications on PM- UDAY Portal for grant of rights under the Scheme, out of which 23,884 applications have been processed and 12,959 have been disposed.

(c): The process and procedure for submission and processing of application is simple, Information Technology enabled and is available on-line.
