Subject: Clarification regarding TDS rate change – Housing Scheme 2019
In continuation with circular no. H/365/0001/2020/DDA19/VK-SFS 1/568 dated 25.09.2020 on the captioned subject.|t is hereby clarified that no interest will be charged on late payment on the balance TDS of 0.25%. This may not be taken as a precedent for future cases.
