I. GENERAL
1. Short Title and Commencement :
(i) These regulations shall be called the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion (Nineteenth Amendment) Regulations, 2020.
(ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette of India.
II. In the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion Regulations, 1992 entry no. 22 relating to Peon/Farah/Watchman shall be substituted as Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) as indicated in schedule as follows :—
