The state government of Uttar Pradesh has launched a housing scheme for the economically weaker sections of the people living in the state. The Housing Scheme is named UP Awas Vikas Yojana. Under this scheme, the beneficiaries will be from the vulnerable sections, lower class, and middle classes of the society living in towns/cities. As already mentioned, the applicants have to apply for the housing schemes of their respective locations. Let us see the online procedure to apply for the various housing schemes on UP AVP Official Portal.
- Visit the Official Portal of UPAVP.
- It takes the online user to the Home Page.
- Click on the Online Registration PMAY Schemes.
- Download the brochure and read all the guidelines carefully.
- On the brochure, you can find the registration, allotment, payment details, etc.
UPAVP Lucknow Online Registration Form 2021
- Enter the Aadhaar Number (Self Attested Aadhaar Copy to be uploaded online).
- Enter the Mobile Number.
- If you belong to the Vertical Reservation Category, please keep a copy of your category’s certificate ( Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, or Other Backward Class) that should be uploaded online.
- Upload the scanned copy of the photograph.
- If you belong to a disabled category, please keep a copy of the certificate to be uploaded online.
- Upload the income certificate online.
- In the Bank Details Section, Enter the Bank Name, Bank Account Name, Bank IFSC Code, etc.
- Enter the Aadhaar Number of Spouse if married.
- After entering the above details, make the online payment using Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit/UPI Payments.
- The applicants can also make online payments using NEFT or Demand Draft.

The applicants who have applied for the UP Awas Yojana Scheme can check their names on the UP Awas Yojana Official Website by entering their Aadhaar Number or Application ID.

As per the information from the official sources, the flat is priced at Rs 6.51 lakh. Moreover, the government is giving a subsidy of 2.5 lakh rupees. The beneficiaries will have to pay only Rs 4.01 lakh.
