CIRCULAR
Subject : Clarification regarding Last Date of Payment (with interest) for DDA Housing Scheme 2019 for EWS and Special Housing Scheme for SC/ST.
It is hereby clarified that as per clause No. 9 (ii) of the respective scheme brochures, after lapse of 90 days period of interest free payment of cost of flat, allottees have further 6 months time to pay the demanded amount, subject to paymant of interest at the rate of 10 % p.a. (Simple interest). Accordingly, the last date of payment of the demanded amount along with interest at the rate of 10 % p.a. (simple) will be 31.10.2020 (for allottees of DDA Housing Scheme 2019 for EWS) and 10.11.2020 (for allottees of DDA Special Housing Scheme for SC/ST).

2. The above time may further be extended by 6 months, subject to fulfillment of conditions as mentioned in clause 9(iii) of the respective scheme brochure.
